Because we prepare fresh food, the following policies apply:

Dine-In & Takeaway Orders

• All food sales are final

• Refunds or store credit may be offered if an order is incorrect or food quality is compromised

• Store credit may be provided at our discretion

Online & Delivery Orders

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

• Refunds are handled case-by-case

• Delivery orders placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats are subject to those platforms’ refund policies
